Interpreters and translators are available through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450. Please advise our reception staff if you would like us to make arrangements for you or a family member when you make an appointment.
Hearing Impaired:
The National Relay Service is available on 133 677 or 1300 555 727 for patients with a hearing impairment.
Home Visit Service:
Home visits for patients who usually attend this surgery will be made wherever possible.
Please Note - Home visits are privately billed at a cost of approximately $30.00 to the patient above the Medicare rebate.
